Can I set "Minimum order" message to appear only when checking out

Yes, you can set the minimum order message to appear only when checking out. Please follow the below steps to do this.

Switch this option to our "Preferences" settings section for your account. See the screenshot below:

Now, this would only be displayed when the checkout button is clicked on the cart page. See the screenshot below for other options for the message pop-up.
