Is your product GDPR compliant? Can we sign a DPA with you?

Our app is fully compliant with GDPR regulations as outlined in the Shopify Partner Agreement. All of our functionality is driven by JavaScript in the browser, meaning that we never collect or store any merchant or customer data on our servers. We do not access personal information such as names, emails, addresses, or any other identifiable details—our script simply checks order limits at the browser level.

Because we handle no personal data, we do not offer individual Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). Accommodating custom DPAs would exceed our current pricing structure.
