How do I set limits by group

Information:

The most commonly used limitation is Group limits. They provide rules that apply across items categorized based on common keywords. For more information please see the screenshot below:

Note: Group limitations do not recognize symbols.

Once you click the "Add Group" button it will give an option to fill up the Group Limitation you want:
