How to set a total limit for all items in the cart.

Resolution:

1.  To set up a universal or total cart limitation please visit the General Settings page.
2. Then look for the Total item limits. Note: If you've set your minimum item quantity for an entire order at 10, and your customer's cart includes: 5 of Product A and 5 of Product B; their cart thereby satisfies the minimum required quantity of items for their cart.


3. Under the Minimum order amount (total items) set your desired minimum then under the Maximum order amount (total items) set your desired maximum. Tip: You may also set a total limit for items sold in multiples. Examples are beer or wine in 6-packs.
