Can the app allow customers to order more than 500 items? At the moment there is a cart limit of 500 items.

Unfortunately, the answer is no, what you are asking about is outside MinMaxify's current abilities.

This is a built-in limitation of the Shopify platform and we do not see a way to override it from our side.
