How do I cancel my subscription?

Hi,

Unpublishing the limits before uninstalling the app will ensure no code is left in your Shopify store.

The best way to remove Minmaxify from a shop is first to use the unpublish limits button found in the general settings tab or in the submenu next to "Publish Limits". This will ensure any code is removed from your shop automatically before our app loses access to make changes.

Then delete the app while on the app's settings page you need to click that "..." menu in the upper right corner:

then at the bottom of this "About this app" popup there will be the red "Delete app" button.

Please note that you might still see a charge on your next invoice depending upon when the app billing and your Shopify invoice are processed. We are not able to prorate/cancel Shopify charges, and please send an email for a refund request to support@minmaxify.com
