Refund process

Note: Everything billing-related on stores' Minmaxify subscription is maintained and controlled directly by Shopify.

  1. For a refund request, please first send an email to Shopify@support.com instead of support@minmaxify.com
  2. Shopify support will then contact us for approval.
  3. Once approved, Shopify will process the refund. The process may take 3-10 business days depending on how quickly your bank processes these types of transfers.

Note: The refund request can only be approved upon completion of the following steps:

  1. Subscription is canceled, 
  2. Uninstallation of our codes from the store.
