Note: Everything billing-related on stores' Minmaxify subscription is maintained and controlled directly by Shopify.
- For a refund request, please first send an email to Shopify@support.com instead of email@example.com
- Shopify support will then contact us for approval.
- Once approved, Shopify will process the refund. The process may take 3-10 business days depending on how quickly your bank processes these types of transfers.
Note: The refund request can only be approved upon completion of the following steps:
- Subscription is canceled,
- Uninstallation of our codes from the store.
