The charges for Minmaxify app subscriptions appear on your standard monthly Shopify bill.
If you need to request a refund, please reach out to us directly at support@minmaxify.com
with the subject line "Refund Request."
After we initiate the refund process, Shopify will handle the transaction. The time it takes for the refund to be processed can vary, depending on the processing speed of your bank or credit card company.
