For support to investigate please send an active customer log-in/password pair so we can access the store for testing.

To give access to the Shopify store please go to /admin/online_store/preferences on your site, scroll down to the "Password page" section, and send me the password written there. Support will be able to investigate any issues from there and hopefully provide a solution.
