Minmaxify Order Limits Privacy Policy

Minmaxify (“the App”) provides order cart restriction solutions (“the Service”) to merchants using Shopify-powered stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we collect information from your Shopify account including the shop owner's contact information and email address through Shopify account.

We do NOT store any customer information from shops that use our app. During order validation (as part of our customer support process), we only access “Protected Customer Data: Level 1” through the Shopify GraphQL API which excludes name, address, phone, and email fields. This ensures that no personally identifiable customer data is retrieved. Any order data we do access is strictly used for verifying order details and is neither stored nor shared.

How We Use Your Merchant Information

We collect your merchant information to provide and operate the App. We also use this data to communicate with you, improve or optimize the App, and share relevant updates or promotions about our services.

Sharing Your Merchant Information

We may disclose your merchant information if required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to subpoenas, search warrants, or other lawful requests for information, or otherwise protect our rights.

Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
